Conference purpose: to discuss progress trends and methods of improving Russian engineering education and its quality assurance tools as well as proper environment for training competitive engineers. The conference program is designed to analyze and discuss the current state of engineering education quality assurance system and the following elements:

• Accreditation of engineering education programs;
• Certification of professional qualifications;
• Problems of engineering vision development within the educational process;
• International projects aimed at engineering education quality improvement.

Participants: rectors, vice rectors, heads of academic divisions, deans, heads of departments of technical universities, representatives of legislative, executive authorities and engineering companies interested in best practices of engineering education quality improvement.

If you are interested in having your paper published, please send the materials to the Organizing Committee until October 26, 2014. The papers selected by the Programme Committee will be published in the peer-reviewed journal “Engineering Education".
