Membership fees

The Decision of the Administrative Board №1/2011, 22 March 2011 sets the annual membership fee at 500 rubles.

To pay annual membership fee it is necessary:

choose your regional department from the list below and print a receipt,
fill in the receipt, indicating name and address of the payer,
pay the receipt in person at a bank,
present the copy of the receipt to the Chairperson of your regional department, as well as sent by e-mail aeer@list.ru or by fax +7 3822 421478.
