Education and Industry Forum “Innovative Education as the Engine of Russia’s Technological Breakthrough” and XI Fair of startup innovative projects and companies “Russian Capital for Russian Innovations”, 10-11 September 2013, Nizhniy Novgorod, Russia

The events will be within the frameworks of the II International Business Summit.

The Forum is devoted to addressing issues of interaction of government, education system, industry and science in the interests of providing the modern economy with professionals capable of bringing regions of the Russian Federation to the technological breakthrough in the domestic and international markets.

It is planned to hold a joint meeting of heads of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. The Forum will also be attended by representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, "Business Russia".

The Forum is expected to consider:
- models and practice of interaction of employers and the system of higher and vocational education;
- approaches to development of university effective innovative development programmes taking into account regional strategies;
- prospects for fundamental research development in universities through the implementation of joint projects with institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences;
- formation of district and regional instruments of receiving orders for R & D and transactions with technology companies and investors;
- issues of international cooperation for attracting foreign students and improving research quality;
- strategies for small innovative enterprises management in the interests of the university.

To participate in the Forum presentation topics should be send on the form (in Russian) before July 15. Presentations (up to 3 pages) selected by the Organising Committee will be published.

Projects for participation in the Fair exposition should be presented under conditions and on the form published on the website
