On September 18, 2020, a regular meeting of the ENAEE General Assembly took place

The event, which was held in online format, was attended by all accrediting agencies – members of ENAEE, representing today 18 countries, as well as associate members - associations and organizations which activity is focused on the quality assurance and development of engineering education (SEFI - LACCEI - IGIP - FIGURE - CIAEP).

According to the agenda, the President of ENAEE made a report to the delegates of the General Assembly, highlighting the main results over the past period and listing the objectives for the future activities. The chairman of the Label Committee also presented a report on the work completed by the Committee.

Within the framework of the General Assembly, the following decisions were made:

1. President of ENAEE (Mr. Damien Owens) re-elected for a next term until the end of 2022
2. Chairman of the EUR-ACE Label Committee (Mr. Bohdan Macukow) re-elected for a next term until the end of 2022
3. The authorization of the Association for Engineering Education of Russia to award the EUR-ACE Label to the accredited programs has been extended until the end of 2022
4. New rules for conducting EUR-ACE transnational accreditation were approved
5. Due to the difficult epidemiological situation, the ENAEE Forum has been postponed to September 2021 in Moscow on the basis of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia. If quarantine measures continue, the Forum can be held online.
