The Conference is organized by Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, Orel Regional Administration, Academy of Electrical and Technical Sciences of the Russian Federation, Orel Administration, University of Paderborn (Germany), State University – Education-Science-Production Complex, Orel Regional Centre for Energy Saving, Joint-Stock Company “Orelregionenergy”, Joint-Stock Company Orelsalescompany, Joint-Stock Company Alexandrovskye Municipal Networks, Department of “Power Equipment and Energy Saving” (State University – Education-Science-Production Complex)

Conference Aims

• development and popularization of the latest achievements in science, technology and advanced skills in the sphere of energy- and resource saving,
• scientific and technical information exchange, business contact formation between home and foreign specialists and companies.

Conference Scientific and Engineering Directions

Energy-and resource saving

The following sessions will be offered within the Conference:

1. Energy saving strategy in housing services and utilities,
2. Problems in energy- and resource saving and safety operation of house buildings, constructions and city area,
3. Energy effectiveness of power supply systems and lines of their development,
4. Energy saving electro-technological processes and equipment,
5. Energy saving machine building technologies and equipment,
6. Energy- and resource saving in agricultural complex,
7. Energy and resource saving control in industry,
8. Nanosystems, nanomaterials and nanotechnologies,
9. Automated management systems – effective energy and resource saving facilities.

In pursuit of the aims mentioned above and for the participation in the Scientific-Practical Internet Conference the executives, assistants, post graduate students, scientific-research institutes, industrial companies and offices working in the sphere of energy- and resource saving are welcomed.

At the end of the work the conference paper abstracts will be published in printed and electronic versions.

For the participation in the Xth International Scientific Practical Internet-Conference all participants should submit electronic applications for the participation of the individual and legal persons to the Conference Organizing Committee through e-mail: orelrce@ostu.ru, kan@ostu.ru, paper materials and an expert appraisal (see Call for Papers) from March 15 to June 30, 2012.
