Conference proceedings with an appropriate ISBN number will be distributed electronically on a USB device and will also be available through IEEE Xplore. Selected award papers will be recommended for publication in IEEE Transactions on Education and in the IEEE-RITA Electronic Journal.  
Proposals are submitted comprising a two-stage review process:
 Abstract Submission: in the first stage a one page abstract has to be submitted for review
 Draft Submission: Subject to review results, authors will be invited to submit a preliminary version of their complete paper for peer-review
 Final Submission and Author Registration: Final versions of the accepted papers, as they will appear in the proceedings, have to be submitted
