Competition for the Gold Medal of V.G. Shukhov

The Committee for the Award of the Gold Medal of V.G. Shukhov of the International and the Russian Union of Scientific and Engineering Public Associations – Union of SEA - announces the competition for medals with the submission of materials about nominees not later than October 1, 2012.

According to the Regulation on the Award, the Gold Medal of V.G. Shukhov is awarded to scientists, engineers and professionals for the outstanding contribution to development of science and technology. This should be confirmed by the significant practical results of the work of candidates.

Scientists, engineers and professionals from the states which scientific and engineering associations are members of the International Union of SEA, as well as from other countries can participate in the Competition for medals. Organisations of the Union of SEA, eminent scientists, partner public associations of other states as well as members of the Committee for the Award of the Gold Medal of V.G. Shukhov have the right to nominate candidates for the Gold Medal of V.G. Shukhov.
