Guidelines for Materials Submitted to the Editor Board
General requirements:
Texts should be submitted in electronic form. Article must be in Microsoft Word 6.0 or 7.0 format with .doc extension. The author family name should be used as a file name (for example, Smith.doc)
Page setup:
Page layout: À4. Margins: top, bottom - 30 mm, left - 22 mm, right - 28 mm.
Body text format:
Numbering is in the lower right corner. Line spacing – 1,3.
Font:
Times New Roman. Regular. Font size - 14 pts.
Article size:
6-10 pages, including figures and graphics and figures.
Article structure:
Title, author’s (authors’) family name(s) and initials, organization, e-mail, abstract, key words, body text, references; epigraph is allowed.
Abstract:
It is a brief summary (no more than 40-50 words), which includes the problem statement and lists the main points of the article. It is placed before the body text (after the title).
Keywords:
5-7 keywords or phrases should be indicated after the abstract.
Figures, charts, diagrams, etc.:
They should be saved in .tif format (not less than 300 dpi).
References:
The references conclude the body text. The list includes only the sources cited in the article in the order of citation. The number of quoted source is put in parentheses in order and page numbers (for example, [3, pp.14-16]).
Author information:
It should be provided in a separate file (for example, Smith_questionnaire.doc):
- Family name, first name of the author (in full).
- Academic degree, title, position and place of work.
- Information about the author’s graduate student (applicant) place of study (department, educational institute).
- Government and other related titles.
- Address with postal code (work, home, mobile phone numbers, fax, e-mail).
There is a section "Our authors" in the Journal. Thus all authors should provide coloured photo 3x4 cm (not less than 300 dpi in .tif format) as a separate file (for example, Smith.tif).
