News10.04.2020 Despite the rather complicated epidemiological situation in the world caused by the coronavirus lockdown, restrictions on the events organization, cancelation of flights and the closure of borders between countries, the international activity in the AEER has to continue. On April 8, 2020, a regular meeting of the Steering Board of the international project ENTER (Erasmus +) was held. Together with AEER representatives of the Polytechnic University of Porto, DTI University (Slovakia), Tomsk Polytechnic University, Don State Technical University and Tambov State Technical University attended the virtual meeting held on the ZOOM platform. The main topics of the agenda included the discussion of the syllabus of the developing network training program iPET for engineering educators, as well as the organization of the upcoming project meeting on April 22-24, 2020. Initially, this meeting was planned to be held on the basis of the DTI University in Bratislava. Taking in consideration the on-site event could not be realized anymore due to the quarantine measures in Europe, Russia and Kazakhstan, the project consortium decided to adapt the agenda of planned events and not cancel the meeting, but to conduct it completely on-line. This is a new experience for all partners, but today universities are ready to quickly adapt and apply modern technologies to achieve their goals, both in the educational process and in fulfilling their roles in international projects implementation.
