Representative of the Association for Engineering Education of Russia took part in the meeting of the Administrative Council of European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education (ENAEE)

On May 7, 2012, in Dusseldorf there was a first meeting of the new Administrative Council, elected by the ENAEE General Assembly on February 24, 2012. On behalf of President of the Association for Engineering Education of Russia Prof. Y.P. Pokholkov the meeting was attended by the member of Tomsk Regional Department, the member of the EUR-ACE® Label Committee Prof. A.A. Gromov.

The Administrative Council manages the activities of ENAEE, considers and decides on recommendations from the various committees, and makes proposals to the General Assembly, the ENAEE head governing body, about policies, membership, and financial issues.

The first meeting of the newly elected Administrative Council addressed such issues as the election of the treasurer, the finalization of internal audit, the report of the EUR-ACE® Label Committee, the criteria for succession in the EUR-ACE® Label Committee, budget 2012, the implementation of Tempus projects with participation of ENAEE, the report and recommendations of the ENAEE Promotion Committee.
