Congratulations to members of the Association with the Award of the Government of the Russian Federation in the Field of Education!

By the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 3, 2011 N 1946-P (entered into force on 24 November 2011) the scientific and practical development of "System of training and ensuring of competitiveness of specialists for science-consuming high-tech industries," received the 2011 Award of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of education and the title "Laureate of the Award of the Government of the Russian Federation in the Field of Education" was awarded to its authors, including the following members of the Association:

• Yury P. Pokholkov, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Head of Department of National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University, AEER President;
• Petr S. Chubik, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Rector of National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University, AEER Vice-President, Chairman of Regional Department of Tomsk oblast;
• Alexander I. Chuchalin, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Vice-Rector of National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University, Chairman of AEER Accreditation Board;
• Anatoly P. Surzhikov, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor, Deputy Director of Institute of Non-destructive Testing of National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University, member of Regional Department of Tomsk oblast.

The other authors were from Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "Moscow State Technical University of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation": Viktor I. Nefedov, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Head of Department, Aleksander P. Nikolaev, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor; Petr A. Luchnikov, Deputy Head of Division; Andrey V.
