Registration fee

The registration fee for participation in the Conference is: 38 000 RUR including VAT.

The registration fee covers:

• preparation and printing of hand-outs;
• rental of premises;
• papers publication;
• payment fees for European experts;
• simultaneous translation;
• hotel reservation;
• coffee-breaks, lunches according to the Conference programme;
• Gala dinner;
• railway transfer Lisbon – Porto;
• transfers hotel – Conference venue – hotel;
• work of the Organising Committee.

The following activities are paid additionally:

• Lisbon sightseeing tour (19.05.2014 from 15:00 to 19:00) – 1000 RUR
• Porto sightseeing tour (22.05.2014 from 15:00 to 19:00) – 1000 RUR

Keynote speakers are exempt from payment of registration fee and additional activities.
